Terms of Service

1. Services & Scope

Aura Essence Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services across Marietta and the North Atlanta area. Specific service packages (Standard, Deep Clean, Move-In/Move-Out) are performed based on the checklist and home details selected at the time of booking.

2. Payments & Pricing

• Estimates: Initial prices displayed online are starting estimates based on standard home conditions. Final pricing may be adjusted if the home's condition or square footage significantly differs from the initial description.
• Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept Zelle, check, or cash.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We kindly request at least 24 to 48 hours notice for any cancellation or schedule change.
• Late cancellations or lockout scenarios (where the team cannot access the home at the scheduled time) may incur a lock-out/cancellation fee.

4. Access & Home Preparation

• Clients must provide safe and reliable access to the premises (keys, keypad codes, or concierge access).
• Water and electricity must remain on during the scheduled service time.
• For safety reasons, please ensure pets are secured during the cleaning process.

5. Damages & Liability

Aura Essence Cleaning is insured and bonded in the state of Georgia.

• While our staff takes exceptional care of your home, our liability excludes normal wear and tear, pre-existing damages, unstabilized wall hangings, or delicate/antique items that were not brought to our attention in advance.
• Any suspected damage must be reported in writing within 24 hours of the service completion.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not 100% satisfied with any aspect of the service, contact us within 24 hours of completion. We will gladly return to re-clean the specific areas in question at no additional charge.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
